At "Scotch-soda.com", the return policy allows customers to return unused articles with original tags attached within 30 days of receipt. However, perfumes and all items marked as Final sale (including earrings, underwear, swimwear, and face masks due to hygienic reasons) cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns can be initiated in two ways:

1. Using a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and keeping the return tracking number for reference. The package will be returned at the customer's own expense, and Scotch & Soda is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by them. They do not accept hand-delivered returns to their warehouse.

2. Starting a return on their online returns portal. Customers will need their order number and zip/postal code to start the return process. They can follow the steps on the returns portal to receive their return label. A fee will apply for the return label.

When they receive returned items, they inspect them to ensure they are undamaged and that the original labels are attached. Any items in unsuitable condition will be rejected. As for the shipping policy, processing and shipping time takes 2-8 business days after an order is placed. They aim to ship out orders between 24-48 hours. They currently offer free FedEx Ground shipping on all orders over $149.
